  • What are your business hours?

    Generally our office open hours are between 9am and 5pm however, we understand that for our cleaning services these times may not be ideal for some. Contact us today and we can discuss your requirements. We can have our cleaners at your property when you need them.

  • Am i fixed into a cleaning contract?

    No.


    You will have to sign a work schedule which confirms any special requests.


    If you do not wish to continue with our services, we only ask that you give us some notice. We are confident it will not come to this.

  • Can I get a full refund?

    In the very rare case that you are unhappy with our cleaning service that has been provided, give us a call or write an email to us detailing the problems.


    We can go through your concerns with you and get a solution in place as quickly as possible.

  • What areas do you cover?

    We cover all areas in Colchester. We also can sometimes complete jobs in Ipswich.

  • How much do you charge?

    This can vary depending on the cleaning service you are looking for. Our regular weekly cleans are £14 per hour. Our deep, intensive end of tenancy cleans startfrom £108.
